WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

 

We accept payments by PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through our secure payment gateway. 

 

HOW SECURE IS YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAY?

 

PVRP Shop will NEVER store, hold, or even process payment details. Our secure payment gateway does all the payment bits for us and they are PCI DSS compliant. 

The Payment Card Industry Data Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Our payment gateway meets all 6 categories of PCI standards. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT MY COUNTRY'S CURRENCY?

 

Our store uses USD as it's main currency, however items can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers so please do not be alarmed by that. Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying. 

 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES, TAXES, AND DUTIES?

 

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties, or custom fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

Shipping

 

We have staff working 24/7 to make sure your order gets received and sent as soon as possible. We don't like delaying either! 

Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. 

Once shipped, your order will take between 7-14 business days to arrive at your doorstep depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

For international customers, please note delivery times may vary according to different country's custom restrictions (we wish this didn't happen). 

We also offer 3-5 business days express shipping via DHL Express on select items. This will be available in product options if the item is eligible. Two-Day Shipping will be available soon!

Please understand our staff immediately begins processing your order after it has been placed. We ask for 1-3 business days in order for us to prepare and ship your package due to a high volume of orders. 

While some orders may arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed custom inspections. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we will help reship your order for free or provide a full-refund guaranteed!

 

 

I RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

 

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers so if you ordered more than one item, please expect your items to be shipped separately for maximum efficiency. As a result items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Yes, we offer international shipping! We use well-known international carriers that provide tracking to ensure your order gets to you securely. We can provide tracking information upon request.

 

Return Policy

 

We work super fast at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click "Complete Order" but after this point you will be unable to make any changes to your order. 

 

DO YOU HAVE SIZING CHARTS?

 

Yes, all available sizing charts can be found below the description section of each product.

All of our products may not fit the same, please reference the available sizing chart for a specific item. If sizing charts are not listed, please feel free to send an email to info@pvrpmusic.com for more information.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

 

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any corrections once your order has been shipped. Should your order be marked as returned to sender, we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $10 USD. If your address is incorrect, please update us with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

We accept returns & exchanges on all orders & items!* If you're unhappy with the size or changed your mind, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange it for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Custom print MTO items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pvrpmusic.com and send your item to: .

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us at info@pvrpmusic.com for a return address.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Order Processing

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to, and during, order processing. If we deem it necessary we will refund your order in the full amount that you paid.
